Change is part of life for all individuals, whether you are in the early stages of your career, launching your own business, or even taking the first step towards a passion project. Inevitably, you may reach a point of uncertainty when contemplating how to approach a new endeavor. This uncertainty can come from any part of your life, and FutureBoss’ mission is to help the next generation of leaders actualize their goals. This mission and the name of the business derives from the idea that everyone has the ability to be their own Boss.
We define a Boss as a person who has reached the degree of autonomy to create the desired results for themselves, despite the challenges they face internally and externally.

We understand the complexities of balancing career aspirations with personal relationships and life transitions. We are led by founder and certified coach, Joe Rodriguez. He is a former google employee and he has 7 years of experience worked in the media and tech field. With a CPC certification from iPEC Coaching, Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, is one of the most respected life coaching training programs in the industry, Joe has ample experience in transition coaching to help you reach your fullest potential.
