We are members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and iPEC certified trained to utilize Core Energy Coaching. This focuses on inner blocks that may exist in our clients that are stopping them from actualizing their wants.

All of our clients will complete an Energy Leadership Index Assessment that will help identify focus areas in our sessions, beyond your initial intention for coaching. Additionally, we will work across a unique framework to analyze and rate all areas of your life to bring awareness to focus areas during our coaching relationship.
